Standard is an annual subscription with lower per-inspection rates. If you need flexibility while you scale, Flex is the right starting point; once you're ready to commit to volume, Standard offers better value.

Our pricing is use-case-based, tied to the value and complexity of what you're inspecting. A quick photo verification of a single asset and a full multi-step inspection of a home or vehicle require very different levels of processing, review, and support. Pricing by use-case means you only pay for what a given inspection actually requires, rather than a flat rate that overcharges simple jobs to subsidize complex ones.

Standard subscriptions can be billed monthly (list price), quarterly (~6% savings), or annually (~12% savings). All Standard plans are annual agreements, so the billing term determines how frequently you're invoiced.

Yes! A 2-year contract unlocks an additional 7% off the annual per-inspection rate. Combined with annual billing, the maximum discount is ~18% off monthly list price. Contact our sales team to learn more.

Overages are billed at a fixed per-inspection rate that varies by tier (from $28 to $65 per inspection). We'll notify you proactively so there are no surprises.
