The challenge

Before using Truepic, GSFS would receive a claim for review and, in some cases, send an independent inspector to assess the damage. This process could take 12–24 hours to get a decision back to the dealer or independent repair shop—delaying repairs. For tire and wheel claims, the same tire appeared in multiple claims, raising red flags about potential fraud.
